Neumann U67 Special Edition (made out of New Old Stock parts)

When I was shopping for a Neumann U67 Germany's #1 vintage mic expert Andreas Grosser told me about a great alternative. He build only a very view U67's out of original vintage parts and new TLM 67 parts. The reason I decided to get this New Old Stock Edition is because it has the very same NOS parts inside but will last longer and this U67 is very quiet. Amazing low noise for a tube mic and it looks like brought along from a time traveling! It will last for another lifetime!

— Original vintage parts are the Neumann sleeve with the Neumann U67 logo. All the inside with the all-important original 1960’s made output transformer, Neumann U67 socket and a New Old Stock tube.

— Sennheiser's current re-issue does have a new output transformer. It's impossible to get the true U67 sound without the important vintage transformer from the 1960's. This U67 has it! See the pics below.

— New TLM 67 parts are the inside frame, the grill, the wooden case and the Neumann KK67 capsule.

It also comes with a very cool vintage Neumann swivel mount, new extra long 10m cable and the lunch box Power Supply Unit done by Andreas Grosser. The PSU housing was done by the same Company who did the PSU housing for the old Georg Neumann Company.

Like a New Old Stock Neumann U67 with a brilliant sound and a stunning look!

A gorgeous jawdropper for every serious studio!
